Weather Ups and Downs

This week yielded yet another snow day, this time due to a genuine snow fall. The cheery sparkle lasted several days, thanks to a cold snap:This weekend, temperatures soaring into the 60's took a toll on our snowman. Before and after:

    I never saw such a snowman. (Is that a rotten banana?) He brings a whole new meaning to the genre.

    No, it's one of those seed pods that litter the yard from the nearby trees, with egg carton eyes.--ME
